Michael Muffoletto formed the Brocor Group in 1976 in a key moment in New York City real estate history, just as the city went from being a market predominantly composed of rentals to one of individual ownership.

The company was among the first to grasp the implications of this change. By targeting specific neighborhoods and concentrating on higher-end properties, we quickly rose to prominence as one of New York City's leading residential real estate firms.

Always striving for innovation, in 1985 The Brocor Group launched one of the first real estate computerized in house systems with over several thousand listings and the first to integrate floor plans on line. In addition, the firm was a leading principal buyer and broker for an investment group that participated in over 400 cooperative and condominium conversions, which represented over 2,000 units.

Our thirty years of sales has also provided us with an unparalleled database in many markets.
