Professional Experience:
Michael is the former principal of Brocor Realty, a privately held Manhattan Real
Estate firm located on Madison Avenue. The firm was active in the marketing of
Upper East Side residential properties. Brocor Realty had strong alliances
within the corporate relocation field. Under Michael's leadership the agency
brokered over 3500 property transactions.  

In addition, for over 10 years, Michael was the principal broker for an investment group
that participated in over 400 cooperative and condominium conversions.

Our extensive experience in the real estate industry has taught us that selling a
home involves more than just placing an ad or two. It takes a strong marketing
program that includes a strategy for a successful transaction.
